FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
To develop and effectively manage a club facility, and to acquire and maintain equipment and playing grounds to a high standard.

This focus area has been achieved with the redevelopment of the changeroom facilities but we need to maintain our focus on a club move to Lakelands with greater facilities

MEMBERSHIP
To increase membership and to develop well informed, motivated and active members.

DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION
To provide training and development opportunities for members, coaches, officials, and club volunteers to encourage personal growth and skill development.

COACHES
To actively support coaches at all levels to develop their coaching skills and to become positive role models.

GOVERNANCE
To provide a professional and responsive service to the members through effective and accountable club management.

MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS

To create a positive awareness in the Peel region of the clubs activities through marketing, promotion ad publicity initiatives.

SPONSORSHIP, FUNDRAISING AND GRANTS
To secure income from grants, sponsorship and fundraising opportunities to ensure the future financial viability of the club.
